Ok we're watching the New Negativland "Our Favorite Things" DVD and it looks great!! Because it is great! I have to admit to being a Negativland fan for about 30 years and I go-sub-host the radio show that comes in after Over the Edge and Don Joyce gave me a copy at the show this morning. It also includes a cd by a Chicago banbd doing acapella versions of Negativland's greastest hits -- really choice. . But this DVD was 10 years in the making and there's a lot of really cool stuff here you should be able to find a copy on http://www.negativland.com.

The one thing we have the least of -- attention. Good choices between limited alternatives can only be made when adequate attention can be focused. Unfortunately, we are faced with an ever increasing number of choices on to which to focus our attention and an ever diminishing amount of time in which to do it. Every bad choice affects not only one-self but others. For my sake, please choose wisely -- and quickly!
